Happy Holidays – School Updates

Primary 4 Staffing

We are pleased to announce that Mrs Susan Cowie has been appointed as our new permanent teacher to take over in Primary 4 (Monday to Thursday) on a job share basis with Mrs Mitchell (Friday).

This arrangement will begin on Monday 20th January, 2014. Mrs Mitchell will take temporary charge of the class between Monday 6th January and Friday 17th January.

Our thanks and best wishes go to Mrs Herriot for her exceptional commitment and support.

Updates 4.12.13

Christmas Events Letter (issued today – amended date as Wednesday 4th December!)

Please note that this letter was distributed today to all pupils. Our only events left to confirm are the ASDA visits which we hope to inform you of early next week (click on the link to download).

Christmas Events Letter 2013

One additional event is that our Primary 3 class/charity committee are also going to hold a Christmas Jumper/Christmas Woolies dress up day on Friday 13th December to raise money for Save the Children. Further information on this will be distributed by the class.

Sumdog – Maths Challenge Online for Pupils

Sumdog are running a festive maths contest from Friday 6th to Thursday 12th December.

Pupils  can play at any time through that week, at school or at home. It’ll only take an hour or so to get a decent score.

It’s free to take part and there will be special participation rewards and prizes.
